Collaboration Signals Company’s Plans to Develop Network of Partners
to Create Solutions on its Award-Winning Platform

SEATTLE, Wash. — December 5, 2005 — Teranode Corporation, the leading innovator of experiment design automation (XDA) software for the Life Sciences industry, today announced a partnership with The Edge Software Consultancy, a UK based consulting organization to bring new R&D solutions to European markets. The value-added services relationship is the first in a network of partners Teranode plans to develop to create solutions on the TERANODE XDA platform.

The Edge, which offers solutions across all aspects of drug discovery information management is the first European solutions developer to adopt the TERANODE XDA platform. The Edge will offer Teranode’s award-winning technology to deliver a broad range of solutions in the chemistry and biology disciplines within R&D. In addition, Teranode will extend its support for TERANODE XDA in Europe.
