Lundbeck Pharmaceuticals select BioRailsBioRails will be used globally for biological data management and ELN November 21st, 2007 — Lundbeck Pharmaceuticals have selected BioRails to manage biological research globally. This includes in vivo, ADME, Pharmacology and other biological research functions across all Lundbeck research sites. More to follow...
After evaluation and pilots of the leading biological ELN solutions Lundbeck have selected BioRails as their solution for biological research. The decision was based on a combination of the domain knowledge and expertise of The Edge, the open business model and cost effectiveness of a BioRails deployment, together with the utility of the product. Lundbeck's discovery IT team lead by Claus Stie Kallesoe will collaborate with The Edge to ensure integration of BioRails within Lundbeck's research architecture. The integration capabilities of BioRails allow Lundbeck to create a truely integrated system, realising their goal of 'one database for research', and removing the need to replicate data between systems.
