Preclinical research often involves
complex studies with multiple parameters. MorphIt is a new type of
application used to model multi-dimensional data. MorphIt combines the familiar concept of the spreadsheet with the
structure of a relational database delivering a unique modelling
environment for multi-dimensional experiments. MorphIt can be used
independently or as a complementary product to BioRails.
MorphIt makes use of industry standard spreadsheet formulae allowing scientists to quickly create and modify experiment protocols to summarise, pivot and analyse complex data. Data can be statistically summarised, charted and reported from within MorphIt.
