Requirements Analysis
Tracking compound inventory and workflow can be challenging across an organisation. The KuDOS project involved tracking and documenting the workflow from first synthesis to delivery of biological results across multiple sites. A thorough review of the requirements for compound registration and a market review of potential solutions ensured that the potential solutions were understood and reviewed..

Implementation Services

Migration to a sample orientated testing system
A critical part of their move to a sample orientated testing approach was access to compound information by the scientists and within their Excel Templates.
Objectives
• Deliver XL addin to translate Sample Identifiers into compound information within Excel templates
• Deliver a web application allowing scientists to scan barcodes of plates and vials containing samples
• Retrieve compound information such as structure, compound ID, batch and mass.

• Sample Information Provider: Web service that translates between sample and compound batch information
• Sample Information web application: Quickly translate from Sample barcodes and identifiers from plates and vials generating compound and batch information
• Automated upgrade procedure for Excel templates
