PharmacologyIntegrated analysis Pharmacological
studies are often complex and demanding activities which until now have
rarely been supported by software to assist in the organisation and
collection of results. Not only are these studies often long and involved
but they require coordinated collection of complex data ranging from
instrument data files measuring time captured data to histology images. Integration with the industry standard WinNonlin for pharmacokinetic, pharmacodynamic, and noncompartmental analysis makes BioRails an ideal tool for managing pharmacology data. In addition to its extensive library of built-in PK, PD and PK/PD models, WinNonlin supports custom, user-defined models to address any kind of data. BioRails not only addresses the data collection and exploitation needs of these studies but also offers organisational support to help study directors and scientists to schedule and plan their work. Preparing study reports from data captured at various stages of a study with analysis and conclusions is often a lengthy and time consuming process, requiring transcription of data and extensive cross checking. BioRails allows scientists to construct study reports directly from captured data including imagines, charts and graphs, reducing errors and freeing time for scientific analysis. |
