Nodes4knime In response to the increasing number of open source applications in discovery informatics we have started the nodes4knime open source project to provide users of the Knime workflow application with an open independant resource to donate free to use nodes. This effort has been supported by a leading pharmaceutical company. We have developed a set of cheminformatics nodes for Knime designed for those with free to access to the ChemAxon libraries. The project will also provide a set of nodes and supporting compute server for managing distributed computational services through the Knime interface.
